"EXTREMELY disappointed in the quality of the engraving! The words are too small, the engraving is not deep enough. Looks nothing like the picture. Thankfully I opened the box before giving it to my niece for her graduation. I will be calling customer service first thing in the morning:("

Wrong Engraving :( May 16, 2014
"I ordered this necklace specifying 3 names to be engraved on it. The necklace was shipped directly to my recipient as a gift. Upon receipt of this necklace, she told me only one name was engraved on it. The receipt and notes of my transaction were consistent in stating that 3 names should have been engraved on it. I spoke to someone in customer service who was so nice about this and apologetic. He too saw that 3 names should have been engraved. He resubmitted a new order and did not ask for the previous necklace to be returned (I was glad for that as I did not want to make my elderly mother go through the process of shipping and returning the item back). The new necklace will take another week to be processed, created, and reshipped. We'll see . . . I am confident that once they get the engraving right, the necklace will be beautiful and good quality. A+++ for the gentleman I spoke to in customer service though. A little disappointed in the mistake and time it has taken to correct, but what can you do - mistakes happen :)"

"The necklace is nice however for me it was confusing for me to order. I wanted 1 necklace with 2 charms instead got 2 necklaces both names on the charm for Our Grandkids. The Red Envelop customer service agreed it looked trickey and gave me a credit for the second necklace and was allowed to keep it. So my wife likes the necklace and the Customer Service was great!"
