RedEnvelope offers the following shipping options for delivery within the U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US territories.
RedEnvelope uses UPS and FedEx.

RedEnvelope is happy to replace a gift with another selection, or issue a gift card
(for purchases made after 10/6/08) or refund according to our guarantee described above.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact our Customer Service department toll-free at 877-733-3683 between 6am and 9pm PST to begin processing your return or exchange.
- Repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip. Use the return label
that was included in your box. Please be sure your Order ID is on the return label
for fast processing.
- For your security, please
return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and
retain your receipt. RedEnvelope is not responsible for items damaged or lost in
transit. If you are returning a gift because it is damaged or defective or you did
not receive the product ordered, RedEnvelope will provide a prepaid USPS return
label.

At RedEnvelope, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer.
If, for any reason, you or your gift recipient is not fully satisfied with your
gift, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will exchange it or issue a gift
card (for purchases made after 10/6/08) or refund.
(Please note that monogrammed and personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange
or refund unless they are damaged. Flowers are not eligible for exchange or refund
after 7 days and plants are not eligible for exchange or refund after 30 days. Additionally,
we are unable to refund gift box or gift wrap charges and cannot accept them as
a return.)
PROVIDE COMMERCE GUARANTEES THAT (A) ITS FLOWERS, PLANTS, AND PRESERVED ITEMS ORDERED ON THE WWW.PROFLOWERS.COM SITE WILL BE FRESH FOR AT LEAST SEVEN (7) DAYS AFTER DELIVERY; AND (B) YOU WILL BE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH ANY FOOD PRODUCTS ORDERED ON THE WWW.CHERRYMOONFARMS.COM, ANY SWEETS OR BERRY PRODUCTS ORDERED ON THE WWW.BERRIES.COM SITE AND ANY GIFT PRODUCTS ORDERED ON THE WWW.REDENVELOPE.COM SITE.
WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF OUR GUARANTEES, OUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WILL BE, IN OUR DISCRETION, TO REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE OR TO REPLACE AND DELIVER EQUIVALENT PRODUCT ITEMS, AS SOON AS REASONABLY POSSIBLE.
THE APPLICABLE CLAIM MUST BE BROUGHT WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS AFTER DELIVERY FOR FLOWERS AND PLANTS, THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER DELIVERY FOR FOOD PRODUCTS, SWEETS AND BERRIES, AND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (180) DAYS AFTER DELIVERY FOR NON-PERISHABLE GIFT ITEMS, OR WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE AND YOU WILL HAVE WAIVED ANY AND ALL RELATED CLAIMS REGARDING SUCH PRODUCT ITEMS.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING, ANY MONOGRAMMED AND PERSONALIZED GIFTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND UNLESS THEY ARE DELIVERED DAMAGED, AND WE ARE UNABLE TO REFUND GIFT BOX OR GIFT WRAP CHARGES AND CANNOT ACCEPT THEM AS A RETURN.
