"I received this lovely cross bracelet as a gift and mistakenly wore it in a chlorinated pool. The "sterling silver" cross became dull and tarnished, but using a silver polishing cloth and later silver polish did not revive the shiny silver finish. I'm very disappointed in the quality of your jewelry."
