"I wrote a review a few days ago with a negative review of the tulips. The ones I received were wilted and dropping petals by the third day. A friend of mine suggested I call customer service and they sent out a replacement tulips immediately. This time the tulips were great. the buds were tight and none were wilted. I will purchase from redenvelope and Proflowers again since they honored their 7 day freshness guarantee."

"Mother-in-law loved the tulips, but they were the pointed tulips, not soft shaped like shown in the picture. Also, ordered the glass vase and received the pink one. They did refund the price of the vase only."

"I ordered this for my mother for Mothers Day and upon receiving several bulbs were broken and the tips of the flowers were wilted. I contatcted a Red Envelope representative and I was reimbursed hassle free. However, I was disappointed that I had to resort to another option for my mom. I have used Red Envelope before for floral arrangements for my mom and the presentation and flowers were stunning! I will use the service again because...the presentation is generally flawless!"

"Had delivered to my mom for M-day. She said she couldnt take them out of the package for 4 hours. Knowing they would be in buds I told her to keep me posted about the blossoms. They were all open the next day and absolutely beautiful!!"

"I was told that it looked really nice when it arrived but, all the flowerse were shriveled up within three days. They were not shipped in any water which, maybe had somethign to do with there condition. The green glass vase was fairly nice as a keepsake & imagine will get used."
