"I have sent flowers several times using Red Envelope and this is the first time I have been disappointed. So much do I am asking for my money back. I sent these orchids to my mother-in-law for her birthday. She said they were beutiful for two days and then the flowers began to fall off. She followed the directions for care but it did not help. Cut orchids can last a couple of weeks if cared for properly not two days!!"

"Very disappointing. Received quickly and followed instructions but flowers were wilted out of the box. After placing in vase went from bad to worse first with bud drop then flower drop. Picture was taken on the morning of the 3rd day.Also the bulk of flowers was only about half of the photo in the online catalog.Will request a refund and see how this goes."

"I bought these as a surprise birthday gift for my friend that lives in another state and she kept raving on how beautiful and fresh the flowers were. She said each stem had individual water bulbs to keep them fresh prior to set up. I didn't get to see them, but I definitely would order these flowers again by her reaction. Product also arrived as described and scheduled, so no complaints here!"
