"I received this necklace as a gift and it is very pretty and a great gift idea. However, within the first month of wearing it the chain snapped. I was so disappointed. I saw at least one other review with the same issue as well. Perhaps this necklace could use a more durable chain."

"this was my first purchase from red envelope and i was really looking forward to getting the necklace. It looks better in the picture. I was very disappointed that after having the necklace for only 3 weeks that the chain started to turn and look tarnished and cheap. I would be very reluctant to order products here again."

"I received this as a Christmas present just 9 months after our son was born. I didn't ask for it and had never seen this necklace. When I opened the box and read the note card explaining the family necklace, I was brought to tears. I was so taken back at the meaning of the necklace and all the thought that went into giving it to me! My husband decided to get it gift wrapped by redenvelope for a few dollars more and the presentation was absolutely beautiful. I have tons of jewelry, but can't stop wearing this necklace! Everytime and I mean everytime I wear this necklace, someone stops me and compliments me or asks where I got it! Family is my life and now I have a necklace that says that! "My wife was very happy with the her necklace she received for Valentines day it was delivered on time in a very pretty box. She has worn it everyday removing it when going to bed. We were at a dinner party just last friday night and everyone was commenting on how pretty her new necklace was and where did I find it. I told them where of course. Towards the end of the evening she returned from the rest room necklace in hand and visibly upset due to the fact that the actual chain had broken not the clasp but the chain itself. She went to readjust the pendant and it just came off in her hand. Thus the review title real pretty as it was just not wearable due to the weak chain."

Perfect gift Purchased this for my niece for Christmas. She just had her third child. She loved it and put it on right away to wear. It's a great way to show the love of family with the heart that forms when the family holds hands. Love it and would definitely recommend.
