"the item was shipped in a manilla envelope, and left outside my front door where it was subject to florida rain and moisture for a day. when I opened the packaging, the outside of the mirror was already darkly tarnished (I assume from sitting in wet packaging?) and within 2 days the entire outside is now a dark slate color with oily looking marks on it. researching cleaning techniques, but really should have come in better condition, and have a better return policy for engraved items when the defect is not related to engraving."

"I bought this personalized mirror for my grandmother who I will be seeing in May across the ocean :) She always has her perfect face on, so I thought that this would be a perfect gift that would definitely get some real use for reapplying lipstick! I think she will love it. It looks very shiny and sturdy. Heavy too. Also, not a bad price for a nice, silver-plated mirror."

"The mirror was exactly as pictured from the website photo. It was wrapped carefully and then placed in a red drawstring bag and then into a box, so it was ready to wrap. I bought two for my sons' girlfriends and they liked them. It's a good gift to give that is personal but not too personal. And what woman doesn't want a good, compact mirror for her purse with two magnifications."

"Purchased this silver-plated purse mirror for my granddaughter who is very hard to buy for and it is very nice for the money. The engraving was excellent. Wish there was a scroll or flower or something to help decorate the name, since it is very plain. The fancier ones only engraved an initial. I much prefer the name."

elegant mirror I love the elegant mirror. The size is perfect. I liked that it came in a little pouch to protect it. I'm sure I'll get compliments when I pull it out of my purse to use it. The engraving is beautiful.
