"Similar to another review, I ordered this for several people for Christmas. I was disappointed to see that the first one that was opened was warped/cracked on the back The 2 & 3rd ones were separated/cracked like the first but nearly as bad. I called and the representative was very helpful in sending a replacement for the 1st one. Now we are waiting to see if the replacement will be broken as well."

"It looked great when I got it. My mother loved it on Christmas but within 3 days it had warped and cracked on the side. IF I order another one, I will spray it with polyurethyne as soon as it arrives. Maybe this will keep it from warping and cracking. We did manage to glue the sides back together but it is still warped. We decided not to return the item and use it anyway."
