"The robe came quickly. the embroidery was good. the personal message card was tucked under the ribbon on the bottom of the box. if i had shipped it to the person they wouldnt have seen the card. also i expected the robe to be softer. kinda felt like a towel that was starting to be old."

"Well, at first I loved this robe but as time went on, the color kept coming out of it , in splotches. When I notified red Envelope, they very graciously replaced it after I returned it. Unfortunately,the same thing happened to the second one, so they reimbursed my money. The robe looks like it went through a war, I have not been able to figure out why the color keeps coming out of it. I have the spa color and the color comes out and turns it a gold color in splotches all over it. I will say Red Door stands by their promise to please, they were great!"

"I am about to return my second try on the blue terry robe. For whatever reason, the color is coming out of it all over. I haven't been able to figure out why this is happening. They graciously replaced the first one but now the same thing is happening again! Was hoping to have it for a long time! Disappointed"

"I bought this robe for myself and my husband and we have thoroughly enjoyed them so far. I do have lots of makeup stains on my collar that I have not been able to get out? Not sure why. I have tried bleach. His robe definitely looks better than mine does now but still works great."
