"The actual bracelet was broken when it arrived: it appears that one of the buttons was hot-glued on and popped off during shipping. The backs of the individual pieces are not as pictured and the quality is not as I would expect from Red Envelope. Will be returning."

Boss's gift-Awesome company December 13, 2011
"I orded this for my company (Boss). It wasa beautiful and she loved it. Above the beauty of the product the customer service was fantastic! During this process my credit card was 'stolen/misused' and I had to close it. The gentleman on the phone Thursday night at midnight no less, was so polite and helpful. He helped me make the change and overnighted the product so that I didn't show up empty handed to our company party! You guys rock!"
