Second go-round worked out well. December 19, 2013
"The first necklace I received was not very pretty. It didn't match the picture online and the lines/dots of the design were not crisp and sharp. The design was also not centered within the silver circle so the whole thing looked as if a child had made it. Luckily, customer service came through and shipped me a replacement necklace and the second one is exactly as I expected. It matches the online picture and everything looks good. I'm happy I was able to get the issue worked out with no problems."
