"I purchased the stemless glasses set of four for a special someone. The box arrived and when I opened it and saw the beautiful red box with that beautiful bow it was breath taking. I peaked in and made sure the glasses arrived safely and the glasses are just as beautiful as the box. I had them engraved and they looked very elegant. "Given the price, these are not the heavy-bottomed, quality glasses that I expected. I particularly regret (and am a bit embarrassed) having bought a similar set of glasses for my brother and his wife as a Christmas gift. I guess that this is the chance you take ordering through a catalog despite the fancy German-sounding manufacturer's name. And, since they are monogrammed I cannot return them."

"Great purchase for the $$. Nice quality. However, I thought the glasses would be shorter. Also, I opted for the letter monogram and the letter is too small for glass. It would fit nicer if the glasses were shorter. I bought these as a gift, so I'm anxious to try them out Christmas day."
