"I thought this was a very unique gift for my husband. We have just settled in a new town and needed something interesting to place over the fireplace mantel. The only problem I can see with the sign is the light coloring of the letters. They are legible but not as dark as they are in the sample photo."

"i gave this to my dad for his birthday and he absolutely loved it! it's an awesome idea for wine lovers and those that make their own wine, like my dad. the gift was definitely his favorite. the only slightly disappointing thing was that the writing on the barrel was a bit too light. it would have looked better if the writing was darker. other than that, a great gift!!!"

"I was a bit hesitant about ordering this item due to some of the statements about the lasered detailing coming out very faint. I pulled the trigger and made the purchase anyway, and I'm so happy I did. This is a gift for my father and it is just beautiful! I'm a long time gift buyer from Red Envelope and I have to say this is the best purchase yet! You will not be disappointed if you want this item! Buy it, buy it, BUY IT!! "I am happy overall with the Wine Cellar sign. The lettering is very light though, this is the only disappointment. It is especially disappointing because it has been a frequent criticism in the reviews so one would have thought that the manufacturer would have taken steps to correct this. We will end up darkening it which kind of dampens gift giving when you have to "fix" the gift!"
