"I had a couple of issues with this order. First, it did not come in a box, but in a nice bag.. which of course is no substitute for a box in the case of keeping a silk pillow from wrinkling, even if they whole thing was then encased in another plastic bag. A silk item arriving wrinkled is not the presentation I was hoping for a pricey item. Second, be aware that all of the lines will be the exact same size no matter what. I put down "Our," and "Nest" on lines 1 and 2 respectively and "Est. 2004," on the last line. It now looks like a child made it because the large font size looks awkward on the last line. They will not use professional judgement or contact you to fix what is a glaring aesthetic mistake beforehand. It could have been changed to have the first two words on the first line, a space between lines 2 and 3 could have made it more visually appealing even if the font size was the same, or the last line could have been a smaller font, but none of that was suggested. Instead, I was not contacted, nor were aesthetics considered before taking my money, then sending me a dud. I blame myself for not considering that, but I think it ridiculous not to have it considered on the other end as well."
