Pretty Nice but.. December 22, 2013
".. a little smelly. The dye used will take up to 5 days to stop smelling like vinegar. In addition, after two weeks of use at our house, the cover and pillow inside are not holding up well. Just leaning against it daily had made it slouchy looking. It seems the cover might hold up fine, but if you can, I would suggest getting your own insert if you know it will be used with regularity."

"I ordered both the insert and the cover as a Christmas present. Only the cover was sent! I spent all this money on a pillow and the pillow never came! I will admit, customer service was helpful and shipped the insert, but it didn't arrive until 4 days after Christmas. Also, the monogramming was cheap looking. I will NOT be ordering anything from Red Envelope again. Extremely disappointed."

Cute Gift, But No Pillow December 28, 2011
"The pillow case came perfect and even matched the color I selected. I did not read close enough and did not realize that a pillow did not come with the case. There should be an option for buying a pillow to come with it. Otherwise, the pillow case is great for any part of the house."

"To be honest, I'm not happy at all with this product. The monogram looks fuzzy therefore making it look cheap. I purchased another pillow at the same time and think that one is great. I'm not really sure why this one has such a difference in quality."
