"Well, we are not completely disappointed, but the item is not as refined-looking as we had hoped it to be. It is a 'nice enough' personalized wall art, but definitely over-priced for the product. I said I would recommend to a friend, but only with qualifications. If I had a choice to order it again, I probably wouldn't."
