Keeps warping February 07, 2014
"I ordered our first chalkboard in November for our wedding anniversary. Two weeks after placing it on the wall it began to warp. Customer Service was very helpful and sent us a replacement just before Christmas. That one then cracked in two places and warped as well. We've now obtained a third version (hung yesterday) so we are hoping the third time will be the charm. If it warps or cracks again we were told we could get a refund. Will update in a few weeks."

"We splurged on the large chalkboard as our welcome present to ourselves in our new home. We agreed it seemed very over priced but felt if its going to hang in our home for years, will be worth it. When the piece arrived, the wood was warped and it bows out from the wall. Since we hung it, it's only getting worse. It completely curves out from the wall?! It looks silly and is difficult to actually write on. We're very disappointed."

Love it, but it keeps breaking January 24, 2014
"My sister and brother got this for my husband and I for Christmas and we loved it! We hung it in our kitchen right away. About a week and a half later, I got home from work one night and the board was cracked completely in half. Still hanging on the wall, but a giant crack through the middle. No idea how it happened. My sister called customer service, and they apologized and sent a new one. We sent the old one back. The new one arrived and we hung it, this was on January 19. Well this morning, the 24, I woke up and the same thing happened! It was still hangning on the wall with a huge crack through the middle! How is this happening? It can't be too heavy to he hung. I don't understand. We really love the board but don't know why this keeps happening. Thoughts? I guess we will have to exchange again. I uploaded a picture of what it looked like this morning."

"Very cool chalkboard. We monogrammed it for our ski house instead of the kitchen. Will be a fun addition to the house. Could use a chalk holder, but would not take away a star just for that. We got the middle square size. Just the right size."

"The board came with a small, but visible crack. I tried to return it for exchange, but it was out of stock. I was very pleased with customer service. I ended up with the cracked board and money return. Although I had a few more items on my order the discount that was applied to the order originally was fully taken from my damaged item, so I got a little bit less money back. And the board does look cool, but it is way overpriced."
