"Overall pleased with product, as with most RE products, however, a bit frustrated with final skin tone color result on pillow with ivory background. Ordered 3 pillows, each with medium skin tone - although skin tone looked as expected on blue & grey pillow backdrops, the skin tone appeared darker than expected on the ivory backdrop. Since pillows were customized, felt there was no recourse."

"I chose a red pillow instead of white. By the time you took the red pillow and printed on it, the whole thing as basically too dark. I chose the brown boy face and it got real dark on the red background. Plus the screen print is fuzzy. I wish they would recommend the white background as the best option or give a warning about some of the background and face color combinations. Cute idea, not thrilled with the product."

"This item was a bad purchase and sadly it is a gift for Christmas for my daughter. The screen print is fuzzy - no crisp lines. The skin tone is a peachy orange shade instead of light skin as requested. Lastly, the personalized name and description is in black....not pink... so the overall look is that of a bad spray paint job. I will be calling customer service."
