"The first pillow that arrived was the wrong one with the wrong people's names on it! Thankfully I ordered with enough time to get the replacement before Christmas. The second one arrived promptly but I think the printing quality was only mediocre. Also the pillow insert is too small for the cover, it looks floppy and not full and plush like you would hope for this price tag."

"I bought this as a Christmas gift for my brother-in-law and his wife. I specifically included a note from our family since it would be shipped directly to them. They did not find a note so they didn't know who it was to or who it was from. When we finally worked it out, I specifically asked them if there was a note and they said, "no." I ordered from RedEnvelope mostly due to the fact that their presentation is so special. This time, they fell short."
