Cracked, but replaced January 01, 2014
"The sign was cracked all the way across the board. We live in Wisconsin and have been experiencing very cold (-15 F) temps, and I am guessing that the extreme cold temps caused the wood to split. (The sign is inside, but was obviously outside when it was shipped). I called the customer service line and they pleasantly issued a free return label and are sending out a new sign for us. I am very satisfied with the service. I hope the new sign can withstand the cold temps here and wont crack. The sign itself is awesome! The natural wood is very rustic and beautiful. The engraving is shallow and slightly subtle. I like it like that. It appears very natural and unique."
