"I was surprised to find a huge red box presented to my aunt for Christmas with only ONE towel inside. I'm not sure if this was a mistake but I wouldn't recommend this product if you're expecting more for this price."

Very disappointed December 14, 2013
"We receive a monogrammed kitchen towel as a gift wrapped Christmas present. The single towel was wrinkled and the monogrammed letter was disappointing. It will have to be laundered and pressed prior to use. Since it was personalized we cannot return it. The quality was not worth the price. This is the first and only time we've been disappointed with a Red Envelope product."
