"I ORDERED A FRAME FOR MY SONS COLLEGE GRADUATION. IT CAME BEAUTIFULLY WRAPPED AND THE FRAME ITSELF WAS BEAUTIFUL. I HAD IT ENGRAVED AND THERE WAS A LINE RIGHT THROUGH HIS NAME. AM SURPRISED THAT WHEN IT TURNED OUT FLAWED THEY DID NOT REDO IT BEFORE SENDING IT OUT."
