"I purchased this as an anniversary for a friend who loves to cook and has an array of cutting boards. She really loved how deep the well was compared to other boards she has.The cutting board is substantial in size and i found the imprinting/design to be done well. It is true that the design is not huge - but you wouldn't want to cut over it and if it were any bigger it would make the cutting board useless. with this in mind I feel the design is a great size (certainly visible) and makes a unique gift."

"I was very excited to purchase this cutting board for my boyfriend...however, when I received it I was not impressed. The personalization is not even close to being as dark or deep as shown in the picture...very disappointing. I was provided a replacement to see if quality would differ, but it did not. The replacement was equal to the original."

Solid, heavy, big and looks terrific This board is one terrific piece. We ordered the elk emblem and it looks fantastic. The custom lettering is clear (with plenty of contrast in my opinion), and the quality of the board is outstanding. I think I was expecting something less-than and 'cute,' but this is a huge winner in our book and extremely well crafted. We purchased this for a family friend who is a hunter. Figured he's a butcher too, so this gift was perfect.
