"The necklace is nice however for me it was confusing for me to order. I wanted 1 necklace with 2 charms instead got 2 necklaces both names on the charm for Our Grandkids. The Red Envelop customer service agreed it looked trickey and gave me a credit for the second necklace and was allowed to keep it. So my wife likes the necklace and the Customer Service was great!"

Wrong Item.... good customer service! December 21, 2013
"I received the necklace timely and in a nice box, however it didn't look at all like the picture. The inscription was hard to read. I communicated with customer service and they sent another necklace... same thing. I let them know I needed a refund and had my money back within hours. I am disappointed that the necklace inscription didn't look at all like the picture, but I am very pleased with the service I got from this company."

"The necklace is pretty but I gave it as a gift and the recipient didn't even realize that there were names on the necklace because they were so tiny. I am guessing that if you have names that are short the names might appear bigger, but names that are longer appear so tiny that you can't even read them. I wish there were something that indicated that in the description -- it was a waste of money, unfortunately."

"I bought the square necklace for my mother-in-law for Christmas. When I received it, the personalization on the charm was so teeny tiny you cannot even read what is there. It was a awful. Sending this back fast! Do yourself a favor and don't buy this item!"
