"Was really excited about this puzzle. Bought it for my dad who loves puzzles and just bought a new house in Tahoe. When we got the puzzle you could not even identify their house. The picture was so far away and all you could see was pine trees. Too bad, if they had only taken a closer picture it would have been a great gift!"

Not a good product January 11, 2014
"While the idea of this is good, the product is not. The puzzle is very dark when printed and you can barely see the detail in the print to put it together. In addition, all the pieces are exactly the same so you can easily put the wrong piece in the wrong place. Unfortunately I gave this to my dad as a gift...so I couldn't take it back to return it else I would."

"I ordered this for my boyfriends parents for Christmas. They live on a beautiful farm so I thought this would be a cool gift to frame. I know the product description said about 1 square mile but they missed the property completely. The house and barn on this property starts about 1/2 mile from the mailbox, so I assumed the product makers would notice this and take an aerial shot directly over the house or barn. I was wrong. The aerial shot was 1 square mile of the mailbox and since there is no house near the mailbox, the puzzle came out empty of the beautiful farm. So when ordering this puzzle be sure that the property is near the mailbox of the address you submit."

"Loved the idea of this aerial puzzle of your home. The sample photo when you put in your address is much larger than the photo of the entire area that comes with the finished product. I could barely identify the house I listed. I would not get this again."

"I thought the picture would be only a 5-10 block radius, but the houses are very tiny and the puzzle looks very challenging; it looks to cover at least 20 blocks of the neighborhood. Will post more after completion!"

"My mother's former job used to do puzzles by having them spread out on a table and whomever walked by would try and add a piece or two until it was finished. When I saw this photo puzzle at Red Envelope I thought it would be perfect for her & it was, she loved it! Being married to my father, an engineer, they both tried to find out exactly where this picture was taken, as it was supposed to be of their address, but it was of the opposite side of the street, luckily a nature conservation area. That was the reason for a reduction in the 5 star rating!"
