"Had the bottle stopper personalized for Xmas. Didn't notice when I wrapped them that the one that had been engraved had a broken cork.... The day after Christmas we sent an email to red envelope since I had lost the return slip .... was delighted to see the reply that said they were going to replace it immediately and to keep the first order. That says something for this company! I have told several people of the desire to please their customers .... I know that they will use them in the future and so will I."

"I was specifically looking for a decorative cork stopper and they are hard to find. For the price, I would like to have seen a better quality cork with these and would like them to be sold singly. They are still very gift-worthy repackaged singly or together in their nice box. I did not engrave because of the cost and even that one is nice enough to gift. Usually I LOVE my picks from your site - on this one, not perfect but still a good job Red Envelope!"
