"The stainless steel wine bucket itself is ok. Just big enough to hold a wine bottle and some ice. But the personalization is sub par. The etching is very faint and hard to read, not impressive at all. But the real bummer is the etching is not level. I did contact customer service and they prompty offered to replace or refund."
