"I bought these as a gift for my husband and the quality of the glasses is very nice, they have a very substantial feel when you hold them. My only complaint is that I ordered the block lettering with an "M" and did not really like the font. It looks like they used the W and turned it upside down. I would have appreciated seeing a sample of the full alphabet in each font so I could pick the one I liked the best (or not purchased it at all)"

"My father-in law loved these, and they made a great addition to his Scotch Room. However, having seen them in person I wish I had ordered a different font. The softer script wasn't appropriate for a man... I should have gone with the stronger capital font."

"I had these glasses shipped to me as a gift to give my boyfriend on Christmas. I was curious how the engraving came out, so I unwrapped the lovely signature red box and found cloudy glasses in need of a washing. They looked much better afterwards and my boyfriend was very pleased with them. I would have been very disappointed to have had them received in the condition in which they were shipped."

TERRIBLE monogramming December 25, 2013
"I ordered 2 sets of glasses with Old English "L" on them. One set had, I guess, Old English L, but it looks like an "I" - definitely not an L. And the other set is engraved with an L in serif - not Old English as ordered. And the monogram is very lightly etched in. VERY disappointed. Will be returning at least the incorrect set, perhaps both."

Good solid glass, but... December 22, 2013
"I chose the old English monogram for our 2 sets of glasses. I now wish that a sample of the entire alphabet had been shown rather than just the "H." We used the letter "L", but it looks more like an H or G, it is very hard to tell that it is an "L." This is very disappointing as it was a gift and I did not get the reaction I was hoping for from the recipient, nor was I very impressed. The glasses are actually very nice, with good weight to them. I just wish I had been better informed about the monogram. Interestingly, when I search for an example go the old English "L" online it is different from what we got, ours actually more closely resembles the old German letter "L." All said, I definitely recommend the glasses, just not the old English monogram."
