Bracelet is nice, engraving not so nice December 17, 2012
"The bracelet is beautiful and true to the picture. The engraving, however, is not. The engraving is not centered and the first letter is larger than the third letter, when it should be the same size. It just looks weird and not nearly as nice. I should've just taken the advice of the other reviewers and not gotten the engraving because now I'm stuck giving my mom the bracelet even though the engraving is shoddy."

"This is my first purchase from Red Envelope. Overall, I was very pleased EXCEPT...the engraving. The lettering size is too small and uneven. Because of that, I haven't worn my cuff AND there's no return or exchange on personalized items. I hope Red Envelope will stand by their good name and value me as a customer enough to re-engrave this item. Beautiful piece!!!"

"This cuff was a gift, and it was very well received. The mother of pearl and the metalic cuff are very appealing and eye catching. The appearnce of the initials in the mother of pearl, however, could be improved. The last initial is in the middle and the first and middle initial are on either side. All three initials appear about the same size which probably won't look right to the person wearing the cuff. If the last initial were somewhat larger or the other two were somewhat smaller, the presentation would be better. Overall, though, this is a nice gift."
