"The instructions for monogramming are not as clear as I prefer. On some websites, after submitting your initials, a mock up of the item is available for viewing. Because monogrammed items are not returnable, I think this is an ideal feature.
I held my breath hoping that my order would be correct, unfortunately two order did not turn out as I hoped. The double bar monogram was misleading to me. I did not realize that I had to include the "&" symbol between the letters. Wish I could return the items for a corrected version with the "&" symbol. For this reason, I think that an option to view a mock up of the monogram would be preferred."
