"Positives: the notation on the card was perfect and thoughtful for an anniversary gift from my husband. The necklace is beautiful and the design is unusual. This was our first purchase from this company, and although I wasn't satisfied with this product, I will purchase from them again. The customer service was outstanding and they are processing the return quickly. Negatives: The description says this necklace is adjustable from 16" - 18". The actual length of it is 17" and it is not adjustable. The photo shows it as hanging lower than the neckline, but it actually fit me more like a choker. I tried to add an extender, but it would not lay nicely on my neck. There is a front and a back to each circle, and they flipped continuously. The attached photo shows the back of the one on the left and the front of the one on the right. The circles are actually ovals, and they are made from a piece of metal with a soldered joint. This resulted in a discoloration at the joint, which is on the back side of one oval and the front of the other. The chain and the circles are both thin and feel to be fairly sturdy, but would break if a young child pulled on it."
