"The jewelry portfolio was a really lovely gift and loved by the recipients - very luxurious and high quality. I purchased 5, however, and was dismayed at the outer packing which was really beat up and consequently, the individual boxes inside were all slightly banged up."

"Received as a gift from my husband and was thrilled with it. Got it full of all my favorite pieces that I carry with me everywhere I travel. After a couple of weeks I was very disappointed to realize all of my non gold pieces were turning black. Some inexpensive silver metals and even my really good sterling silver pieces from a very respected company were completely tarnished. These pieces were all several years old and had never reacted to anything in the same way before. Information with organizer claimed the inside fabric to be tarnish resistant, but didn't say 'only on gold metals'. I would hope the company would advise customers that it is not ideal for all jewelry."

"Only a couple of issues with this item. One has to remember that it does not seal up so if you turn it upside down necklaces even though snapped in (if they are very long) can fall out, get tangled or if you didn't get clasp closed they can fall out completely! Like the softness, color, and for the most part everything else. I have two; first one ordered a year ago has my initials embossed and looks very nice; this new one has initials simply drawn on with what appears to be a silvery permanent marker and looks incredibly CHEAP! I was going to buy these for my friends but after getting this one with the ugly monogram I've changed my mind!"

"I travel a lot for work and a very thoughtful friend bought this case for me as a gift. The appearance is really nice and the quality seems decent. Don't plan on putting so much jewelry in it though. The ear-ring section is awkward and its not very big or functional for me with how much jewelry I tend to have. Its a little difficult to close as well. Just a FYI."
