"It is hard to find quality items for my boy and girl twins, this is the exception! My twins are 2 1/2 and the small fit them very good. I ordered these for Christmas, but come Christmas morning, my daughters robe was the medium! I called today (26th) and spoke with Melody in customer service. Such a great experience! She politely saw that the medium was sent by mistake and would be sending the small out ASAP. I also went ahead and ordered a medium for my son and she gave me a discount for the trouble! Wow!"

Misleading Description December 15, 2012
"I didn't read the reviews before I ordered 3 of these. I was lead to believe that they were cotton by the description of high quality towels. No were in the description does it tell you that they are 100% polyester. I wish that I had read the review someone else wrote about the fabric. I never would have ordered them. If you're looking for after batch terry cloth type robes, don't order these."

Poor quality control on monogramming December 12, 2012
"I ordered two robes for my daughters which arrived today. The robes are soft but are 100% polyester, not terrycloth so I'm skeptical about how much they will "act like a high-quality towel" (100% cotton). The great disappointment was the personalization which was a totally different size on each robe. I called customer service and they were great (sending a replacement). I just hope the vendor gets the sizing right on the monogram this time!"
