"This sign arrived with many scratches and chips of wood taken out of it. The packaging was fine. Where is the quality control! They are going to send us another sign, but after reading the other reviews, I'm not too optimistic."

"I completely agree with the previous poor review from St. Louis: for the extremely high price of this product -- not only that, but it's falling-apart-condition -- this was NOT worth it. My husband has it hanging near his ice chest where his completed brews chill, but the sign nearly fell apart when he opened it on Christmas. REALLY horrible quality, especially for the VERY high price."

"Was excited to give this to my father for xmas as he has really been getting into home brewing and thought he would really like this. Was greatly disappointed to find the sign damaged right out of the box when he opened it on Christmas morning. Major Fail Red Envelope! Probably my last purchase here. The box was not damaged at all either - I really hope it was not put into the box already broken. Besides from being broken the sign is nice but U feel the construction and quality if probably a tad lower than I would have expected given the price. Decent custom item though and had it not arrived broken my Dad would have been pretty pleased."

Poor finishing December 16, 2012
"I received this personalized pub sign and when I took it out of the box the pub sign fell out of the frame it was in. It was a good thing I caught it otherwise it may have broken it. No brackets or nails in the frame to hold it in, and then on one side of the frame on the back we only had on bracket to hang it ...you could see the holes for the other bracket to Be there but it was missing the other bracket. My husband and I had to go out and buy the finishing brackets and holders and put it together ourselves since we did not have the time to have it redone correctly since it is a Christmas gift for our son. Very disappointed with quality for such a high price item."
