"I purchased this for a Christmas gift for a girlfriend. It came and the frame was broken. ( I would blame it on the packaging, it had very little bubble wrap) I called customer service, told them the glass and print were fine just needed a new fame. Within 4 days I received a new print/ frame. Very satisfied!"

"I was not impressed with this personalized picture. The frame broke almost immediately. The personalized print looked very cheap - like it could have been done in a 10th grade silk screen class. I had to replace the frame that broke and the picture isn't even standard 11x14. I wish I could have returned it but lost the receipt. Overall, terrible experience with all of the cheaply made, over-priced products that I purchased at Red Envelope."
