Must Have the Pendant Soldered January 05, 2013
"I loved the necklace when I received it as a Christmas gift. It held the birthstones of my two children and two grandchildren. But, it doesn't have a clasp or catch to hold the stones in place therefore I lost two of the stones within hours of receiving it. Red Envelope has been most understanding and accomodating in sending me a replacement, however, I will take it to a jeweler to solder the piece before I wear it again since I know there's nothing to prevent this from reoccuring. My advice is to order it but definitely have it soldered before wearing or the same thing will happen to you."

Deceiving! Order the chain! January 02, 2013
"If you order this item, you should purchase the chain! There is an option to not purchase the chain, but then you don't get the pendant either. I figured my mother could put the pendant on another chain of better quality, but ended up just getting the stones I ordered. When I called to order the chain, it couldn't be sold separately. The customer service people were really great in helping me problem solve, but I wish I would have understood from the beginning about the pendant!"

"I was extremely shocked that it was so small and fragile looking compared to how it looks in the picture. It looks expensive in the catalogue but in real life it is cheap looking. I was VERY disappointed!@"

"I really don't understand why it wasn't finished off. The stones were ordered as the oldest to youngest of my children. I love it but I will have to take it to a jeweler so they can solder so I lose the stones"
