"The family magnet board is very nice. The wood frame is thick as described. However, there is no back on the board and it does not come with hanging materials. Will need to take to a framing shop, if not handy.
The bird on a wire board does not have an exposed wood frame as pictured The frame is simply the fabric wrapped around wood. So unable to confirm what type of wood is underneath, but it does not seem as solid (heavy) or thick as the family magnet board."
