"The necklace looked great online and I really liked the look. The necklace wasn't silver or silver plated, even tried to rub and clean it to see if it would turn back to silver, no luck. Very disappointed in the quality."

"Very disappointing. It looked so nice online. But when my mother opened it on Christmas day, I was very disappointed. The coloring of the ring and the chain looked more brassy than gold and it's weight felt light and cheap. Also, when she took it out of the box , the chains were all tangled. Once we untangled them, we discovered that the clasp was already broken. As I said, very disappointed, especially since Red Envelope things are usually of higher quality."
