Cool idea but over-priced January 06, 2014
"I ordered this as a Christmas gift for someone about a month before Christmas. It is well made and is a great, whimsical idea for an avid gardener. However, I do feel it is very over-priced, especially when you consider the amount they charge for shipping. The target shipping date when I ordered this was showing as December 31st, which I thought was poor planning on the company's part, especially at Christmas, even for a personalized item. Why offer it if you cannot deliver with a month's notice? Later, I was looking at the item on line about two weeks before Christmas and it was then showing delivery before Christmas - with only two weeks notice! So I called customer service and explained the shipping date for my order. They were wonderful, found my order, and assured me they would make sure it was moved up to be scheduled for delivery before Christmas - and it was!"
