  • Includes non-toxic impression material, wooden rolling pin and shaping ruler
  • features white acid-free mat boards and two mat background boards
  • offered in natural, white, or espresso (mahogany color is sold out).
  • each frame includes a tan mat that reverses to sage-green and a pink mat that reverses to light blue
  • frame measures 17 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 11 1/2" high
  • optional nickel-plated plaque may be personalized with up to 25 characters per line (two-line maximum). Personalized plaque arrives in an envelope with the product and may be affixed by the recipient at their discretion.

Nice but way overpriced May 23, 2014
"I really like this item and had one given to me when I had my first child. Now that I just had two more children I wanted to get these again. I was shocked by the cost given what is included. I mean it's molding clay, colored cardboard and a frame. Maybe it's the frame that makes it so pricey (it's a nice frame). I purchased these anyway because I wanted a matching set for all three children. I said I'd recommend this to a friend but I'd probably tell them to see if they could find something cheaper first."

"I think the clay material worked better in the past. When we used this kit 5 and 8 years ago, it worked great and the prints turned out really nice. But the clay material they include with it now is very poor. It puffs up a lot so that even if you press really hard, your print loses most of its detail. It's also really hard to get the clay smooth - it ends up wrinkled, unlike the previous versions. The frame and colored backgrounds are nice, however."

Beautiful Frame, Difficult Clay May 14, 2014
"I purchased two of the natural finish kits for my mother and mother in law's mothers day presents. The frame itself is beautiful and very nice quality. The clay seemed easy enough to work with, I followed the instructions exactly as they were written. Unfortunately the hand and foot imprint were gone when I checked them the next morning. I ended up using a touch free ink kit instead that came with my son's baby book. My mother and mother in law were very happy with the gift, I just wished I could've used the clay imprint instead."

"We purchased this for a friend and got one for ourselves also. It turned out cute but not that great. It was very hard to get his imprints! We finally got them while our son was sleeping but make sure they are really deep imprints. Ours weren't deep enough and the dough rises a bit so they are really hard to see! Overall, we like the frame as a keepsake."

"The product looks great once finished. The mold was not too difficult and luckily when the baby messes up each of your attempts to get an imprint, you can keep trying thanks to the clay. I really liked how the kit came with four color options for the background...pleasant surprise. Definite great purchase for parents and grandparents."

Quality product and easy to use This is the 5th one I have purchased for our grandchildren. It is a quality product and the molds are very easy to use. It comes with pink, blue and beige mats so you can use whichever works best. No mess, no clean up. I have recommended it to many of my friends.
