"My husband gave me this for Christmas. I've been wanting it for several years now. It is smaller than I expected, but I still love the piece and wear it almost every day. It's a great birthstone piece that does not scream kids at those who see it. It is classic and can be worn with almost anything. I receive compliments on it quite often.The biggest let down was that the clasp broke (only 3 months later). Customer service was wonderful and they are shipping me a new necklace as soon as possible. It is a custom piece, so it can't be right away but I'll have it within 2 weeks. That isn't too bad."

"I purchased this necklace as a gift for my mom for a special birthday with the birthstones of her grandkids. She loved it!! The presentation of the necklace is very nice. Some of the birthstones are not the "true" colors, but they were fine for the price. Love the design of the necklace, and my mom loved how it looks on your neck. She likes the clasp & that you have an option on the length you want it to be, and it is easy to latch. Definitely pleased with the necklace, it was worth the money. It put a huge smile on her face!"

"After receiving this hideous and expensive necklace, I was told I could not return it because it was 'personalized'. You have lost me as a customer RE. This necklace is cheap, it's tacky, and worse, it's just plain ugly. I feel sorry for my husband who was disappointed and out his hard earned money. Buyer beware, RE will not help you if you are not satisfied. Do not purchase unless you are positive you or your loved will love it because if they don't, kiss your money goodbye!"
