"For the price of this item, I expected to be excited. Instead, it was just little semiprecious stones and the engraved names were so tiny. I don't think they did a good job with spacing the names out either. The chain is really cheap stuff with a hard to put on clasp. Unfortunately there's not too much out there to choose from when purchasing personalized pendants, so this will have to do."

"I loved the concept of this necklace. I have five boys and it's hard to find personalized jewlery that accomodates more than four names. The pictures on line of this necklace make it look much more substancial than it really is. The chain is cheap. You can only see the engraved names if you're holding it right up to your face. Generally stylish looking but not worth the price."

"Unlike other beautifully boxed red envelope products, this necklace came in a cheap red bag and when I opened it I found that the chain to the necklace was knotted up. Since I found the chain to be unattractive anyway I've replaced it with one of better quality. Not very happy with this expensive personalized Christmas gift."

Perfect 1st Mother's Day Gift This was my first purchase at Red Envelope. I purchased the family circle necklace for my wife's first mother's day with our names and our twin daughters' names in between. She absolutely loved it! It was really beautiful - the peridot, moonstones and sapphire had nice colors. Our names around it was the right size - subtle enough so it's not in your face.Also, the gift wrapping was great - worth the $4.95. The only thing I had a slight issue with is the note to my wife which came in a nice envelope, but the top half of the first line was cut off - I called customer service this morning, and they said they'll send a new note. Good customer service.Overall, I'm very happy with the item and my experience at Red Envelope.
