"I ordered this for my date for valentine's day-it came in a beautful red box...with only the tray....no glasses! What a huge embarressment. I was so dissapointed. Can I get the 4 glasses or my $$ back?"

"I love this cocktail set - the beautiful walnut tray and the four glasses made in Germany and the red box they came in.. However the first shipment contained only two glasses. I contacted customer service and talked with Steve, who was most helpful and friendly. He was able to quickly send the two missing glasses in another beautiful red box with white ribbon. Their customer service is outstanding.."
