"I just love the simple beauty of this all off-white village. Bought a couple toy green trees to add a touch of color, added some fake snow, real pine branches and off white candles in between, that's all it needs. "Love the quality and look of the houses...perfect for a mantle. I could do without the flashing tea lights...they did seem to slow down once on for a while but it was a bit overwhelming at first. would like them better if they didn't flicker. I wasn't expecting that."

"houses are well made and charming in appearance. Would suggest using LED tea lights which do not flicker. I thought when the flickering lights provided were lighted, it appeared as though as all the houses were on fire - not a comforting sight! With the lights replaced, it presented the peaceful village look I wanted."

"I bought this to use with my holiday decorations...they are much bigger than I anticipated and they come with their own tea lights that fit into a special holder inside the houses...I love them...however, I may have to add some snow to the roofs with a little glitter. I would recommend these to a friend...in fact, I already have....they are more intricate than some I have seen...great purchase."
