"I ordered an XS/S as a Christmas gift for my mother-in-law. The M/L was shipped to her instead. It was way too big and now she has to deal with the return. Also, the note I wrote to her from the family was not included or was not in an obvious place because she had no idea who the item was for. When I asked her if there was a note included, she said there was no note."
