"This is the first negative review I have ever submitted on a product I ordered, but I feel that I need to say that I am very disappointed in the initial charn I ordered. To be honest, for the price you pay the quality is very poor on the personalization - my letters are fuzzy and make the charm look very cheap. I was hoping I would love it and was planning to order more if satisfied, but there is no way I will order any more of these charms as gifts. I'm sure there are other charms that are nicer, but this one is certainly not. Sorry!"

"Unlike the other reviews for this item, I have a very different opinion. The chain is beautiful and I love how it is a bright silver color with a brushed look. The slender chain looks "right" on my wrist probably because I have a small frame. The only reason I hold back from 5 stars is the long tail that remains after it is put on. This "tail" makes the chain have an adjustable length but what's left over for me dangles a bit too far. The charm engraving is great and unlike the other reviews, no inscriptions are wiping off. Mine is similar to the example charm that says "You are my SUNSHINE" and my husband and I both think it's great! I'm going to get a few more charms from this collection."

"I was very disappointed in this product, the engraving is crooked and very small. You can barely read the name and the date. I bought this for my niece who just had her first baby but I am thinking of not giving it to her for Christmas because it is so bad. Do not buy!"
