"Unfortunately they're not scented --- I realized it as I was ordering and still completed the purchase because it was a nice idea with the charms and the colors were so appealing and no good backup idea and needed it asap for birthday gift for my husband who loves SCENTED candles. My solution was to still place the order and then made a visit to a nice handmade candle store in my neighborhood --- I was able to pick out 2 scented votives each of the 12 colors that we can light for aroma next to the year of wishes unscented candle. A little contrived and added to overall price, but my husband liked the package & idea upon opening it. We have yet to light them and hopefully will not run into some of the problems mentioned in other reviews...."

Puddle of wax and no charm, no scent date: March 22, 2012
"I just burned my first candle, the green "Luck," and after two evenings, I found a puddle of wax all over my counter and no charm. The wick is burned to the bottom, and I can't see a charm anywhere. I am left with the option of cutting up the wax to find the charm, then using a blow torch to free it from the wax. And these are unscented candles - I expected better for the high price."
