"I purchased this kit three years ago when my first grandchild was born. My son and daughter-in-law loved it, and it makes a wonderful memory for years to come. The frame and clay prints look lovely displayed in their home. Since they had a new baby in October, I wanted to purchase the same gift for them for Christmas, so they would have one to display and keep for each of their children. The new frame was just as nice as before, but the clay problem has NOT been fixed, and that fact completely ruined my Christmas surprise for them. PLEASE keep this product in the Red Envelope line as it is so unique and beautiful when the clay works the way that it should. As I did, previous customers want to keep buying this kit for many years to come. However, assure your clay manufacturer that they need to revert to the clay that you had a few years ago. The clay is definitely different now and it does NOT work. If the impressions do not last, the gift is almost useless. I love this gift, and truly hope that Red Envelope can resolve this problem."
